18 Nov Create Stunning AI Avatars: How to Turn Your Face (Brand) into Digital Art

✨ I trained an AI model with my face—here’s what happened!

I experimented with a Flux.1 model to create AI-generated avatars, and here are the results. Using a collection of low-quality, random phone pics, I trained the model to generate a series of stylized portraits.

Some turned out eerily accurate, others wildly imaginative—but all of them left me thinking: How much better could these be with professional photos? It’s a classic case of “garbage in, garbage out” which means AI can only work with the quality of data you use to train a model with.

Steps:

  1. Gather and zip 12-20 photos
  2. Create a Replicate and Hugging Face account
  3. Train your Flux LoRA model
  4. Use prompts with your custom model
  5. Rinse and repeat!
